The product
OnceSig is a browser-based email signature editor. The editor is free to use; exports include a small OnceSig credit line until you purchase a license.
Licenses
- Personal: one license, one person, clean exports, unlimited edits, forever.
- Pro: everything in Personal plus up to 10 saved signatures — intended for one person managing multiple brands or a small office on shared devices.
- A license is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges. "Forever" means the lifetime of the OnceSig service; because signatures are exported as plain HTML into your email client, signatures you have already installed keep working regardless of anything that happens to us.
- Don't share license keys publicly. We use a soft device limit (10 devices) to flag abuse; we contact before restricting anything.
Payments & refunds
Checkout is operated by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record — your purchase contract for payment processing is with Polar, which also handles VAT/sales tax. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: email support@oncesig.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded licenses are deactivated.
Fair use & warranty
The service is provided "as is". We engineer templates to render correctly in current versions of Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail and fix reported rendering bugs promptly, but we can't guarantee pixel-perfection in every client version ever released. Liability is limited to the amount you paid.
