Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and edit, re-export, and update your signature forever. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no feature that quietly locks after 30 days.
Will my signature work in Outlook?
Yes — that is the whole point. Every template is built with table-based layout, inline styles, Outlook-specific line-height rules, and explicit image sizing, so it survives Outlook desktop (the Word rendering engine), new Outlook, Outlook web, Gmail, and Apple Mail.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. The editor runs entirely in your browser and your data stays in your browser. After payment you get a license key — paste it in and clean exports unlock on any device.
What does the free version do?
Everything. You can build your complete signature with any template and copy it — the export just includes a small "Made with OnceSig" credit line until you unlock.
What happens to my data?
Your signature data is stored in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers. We have no database of your details to leak or sell.
Can I use it for my team?
The Pro license stores up to 10 signatures — handy for freelancers with multiple brands or a small office. For larger teams, email support@oncesig.com.
