Privacy Policy
OnceSig is built to know as little about you as possible. This page describes everything we collect — it's a short list.
What we don't collect
- Your signature data (name, title, phone, links, photo URL) is stored in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to our servers. We have no copy of it.
- We have no user accounts, so we hold no passwords or profiles.
- We run no advertising or cross-site tracking.
What we do process
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar handles your payment details and shares with us the purchase email and license identifiers so we can activate and support your license. See Polar's privacy policy.
- License validation. When you enter a license key, the key (hashed) and a random device identifier are checked against our license records on Cloudflare Workers, so your purchase works on any device. No personal data beyond the purchase email is stored.
- Anonymous traffic analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals across sites.
- Support email. If you email support@oncesig.com, we keep the thread to help you.
Data retention & your rights
License records are kept for as long as licenses remain valid (forever, that's the product). To exercise any data right — access, correction, deletion — email support@oncesig.com and we'll respond within 7 days. Deleting your license record voids the license.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes and significant updates are noted on this page.
