Add your signature to Outlook on the web
- In the OnceSig editor, click “Copy signature”.
- Open outlook.com (or outlook.office.com), click the gear icon → “View all Outlook settings” if shown.
- Go to “Mail” → “Compose and reply”.
- Under “Email signature”, click “+ New signature” and name it.
- Click into the editing box and paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac).
- Click “Save”.
- Below the editor, set it as default “For New Messages” and “For Replies/Forwards”.
Shared with new Outlook: web signatures are stored in your Microsoft account and appear in the
new Outlook desktop app automatically (and vice versa).
Good to know
- Paste, don't retype. The settings editor strips some formatting when you build a signature by hand — pasting OnceSig's pre-built rich text preserves the table layout that survives sending.
- Multiple accounts: repeat for each mailbox; signatures are per-account.
- Images: your photo/logo must be a public https URL (how OnceSig images work by default).
