Add your signature to new Outlook
- In the OnceSig editor, click “Copy signature”.
- Open new Outlook, click the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
- Go to “Accounts” → “Signatures” (in some builds: Mail → Compose and reply).
- Click “+ New signature”, give it a name.
- Click into the editing box and paste with Ctrl+V.
- Click “Save”.
- Under “Select default signatures”, pick it for “For New Messages” and “For Replies/Forwards”.
Cloud signatures: new Outlook stores signatures with your Microsoft account, so this paste
also covers Outlook on the web and new Outlook on your other machines. No files involved.
Good to know
- Per-account. If you have several mailboxes, pick the right account at the top of the Signatures pane and repeat the paste.
- Using classic Outlook? The desktop Outlook with File → Options menus is the classic version — follow the classic Outlook guide instead (it can install a pixel-perfect .htm file).
- Spacing looks doubled? That's an Outlook rendering quirk with non-optimized HTML — OnceSig templates avoid it by design. Details in the spacing fix.
